Dengue যেন মরণ ফাদ।

৭ দিন আগেও ভাল ছিলো, সাজানো গোছানো সংসার ছিলো। কিন্তু Dengue 5 দিনের মাথায় পাঠায়ে দিলো ICU তে। যেখান থেকে ফেরার আশা খুবই ক্ষীণ।

কিছু রোগ আছে যেগুলো একবার হলে ,সাধারণত দ্বিতীয় বার হয় না। যেমন : POX , Hepatitis A etc.
কিন্তু Dengue যেন ঠিক বিপরীত মেরুর এক রোগ।
কারো যদি একবার Dengue এর এক viral strain দিয়ে infection হয়।

পরবর্তীতে তার অন্য Viral strain দিয়ে জীবন ঘাতি Dengue হবার সম্ভবনা আরো বেড়ে যায়। এই Dengue কে আমরা বলি Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever বা Dengue Shock syndrome.

এই Dengue তে মস্তিষ্ক থেকে রক্তক্ষরণ হয়। সারা শরীরে রক্তসঞ্চালন কমে যায়। যার ফলাফল মৃত্যু।
অর্থাৎ যাদের Dengue হয়েছে আপনারা আরো বেশি ঝুকিতে। গতবার হয়তো কমের উপর ছাড়া পেয়েছেন।
এবার কিন্তু নিস্তার নেই।

তাই সবাই মশারী টাংগিয়ে ঘুমান, Mosquito repellent ব্যবহার করেন। এবং জ্বর হলে অবশ্যই সেটা কে অবহেলা করবেন না। জ্বর হলে প্রচুর পরিমান পানি খান। এবং ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিন।

আর যারা ছাদ বাগান করতেছেন , দয়া করে সেগুলো তে পানি জমছে কিনা লক্ষ রাখুন। কেউ যদি এটা মেইনটেইন করতে না পারেন তাহলে ছাদ বাগান করার দরকার নাই। আপনার ভুলের খেসারত অবশ্যই নগরবাসী নিবে না।
সবাই সুস্থ থাকুন। সবার পরিবার সাজানো গোছানো থাকুক।

P𝑎r𝑎sitic twin d𝑎ngling from Indian boy's stomach removed

Deepak Paswan, 7, was born in one of the least developed parts of India with a p𝑎r𝑎sitic twin conjoined to his abdomen, which meant he had four legs and four arms but one head.

Hindu pilgrims from the area near his village in the northern state of Bihar used to visit the household to worship him as an incarnation of the god Vishnu, who is often depicted with more than four limbs.

His family, uncomfortable with the attention, appealed publicly for help in March to secure an operation to have the unwanted limbs removed.

“We always wanted surgery to remove the p𝑎r𝑎sitic twin to get rid of him being treated as a religious object by people,” his father, Viresh Paswan, told AFP by telephone. “My dream has come true, now we will celebrate it after returning to my village.”

The father, a low-caste construction worker in his mid-30s, called the four-hour operation a “miracle” and said his son would now be able to go to school “like any boy of his age”.

In 1816, a single tooth belonging to Sir Isaac Newton was sold at auction for about $3,600, a staggering sum at the time. The buyer, an English aristocrat, had the tooth mounted into a gold ring, wearing it as a personal relic of one of the greatest scientific minds in history.

Over 200 years later, the artifact has only grown in value, now estimated at around $62,000. Beyond its monetary worth, the ring represents a rare, tangible link to Newton himself... the man who discovered gravity, transformed physics, and forever changed our understanding of the universe.

Legends even suggest Newton pulled the tooth out himself while working in his laboratory, adding an almost mythical element to its history. Today, it stands as a fascinating blend of science, history, and luxury, treasured by collectors not just for what it is, but for who it once belonged to.

অনুগ্রহ করে বাচ্চাদের সাবধানে রাখবেন।

১৫ মাসের বাচ্চা হাতের কাছে ব্যাটারি পেয়ে খেয়ে ফেলে।

পয়সা খেয়ে ফেললে না হয় ওষুধের মাধ্যমে পায়খানার সাথে বের করা যায়।কিন্তু ব্যাটারি খেয়ে ফেললে যত দ্রুত সম্ভব বের করতে হয়।

কারন সাথে সাথে বের না করলে ব্যাটারির ক্ষারীয় কেমিক্যাল উপাদান আমাদের খাদ্যনালী ছিদ্র করে ফেলতে পারে।

এমন অনেক বাচ্চাদের দেখেছি ব্যাটারি খাওয়ার পর বের না করার কারনে খাদ্যনালী ফুটা হয়ে খুবই সংকটাপন্ন অবস্থা হয়েছে।

তাই যদি কখনো কেউ ব্যাটারি খেয়ে ফেলে অপেক্ষা করা যাবে না। দ্রুত হাসপাতালে নিয়ে এন্ডোস্কপির মাধ্যমে বের করতে হবে।

এটা ২০২৫ সাল, ইন্টারনেট এর যুগ, এখনও যদি কবিরাজের কাছে যায়। এটা হতাশাজনক।
বাগেরহাটের একজন মহিলার বয়স মাত্র ৩০ বছর, আঘাতের কারণে হাতের দুটি হাড় ভেঙে যায়, অপারেশনে যেটি সমাধান করা সম্ভব ছিল,
ভদ্রমহিলা বাড়ির পাশে কবিরাজ এর কাছে চিকিৎসার জন্য গিয়েছিলেন, কবিরাজ নাকি বলেছিল এক সপ্তাহে হাড় জোড়া লাগিয়ে দিবে,
মহিলার হাতে যখন তীব্র ব্যথা অনুভূত হয় ব্যান্ডেজ খুলে দেখে হাত পচে শেষ।
তাই অবশ্যই হাড়ের চিকিৎসা অর্থোপেডিক ডাক্তারের পরামর্শ নিন।
