He has held senior leadership roles at leading institutions including MetLife (formerly Alico), Pragati Life Insurance Limited, and Chartered Life Insurance Company, where he successfully served as Chief Executive Officer until 2025.

Mr. Ziaul Hoque is a Fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI) and holds multiple postgraduate degrees from the University of Dhaka, along with advanced international training in insurance and microinsurance.
