According to the World Health Organization (WHO), one in every eight individuals worldwide grapples with a mental disorder.

Unfortunately, there is still a widespread stigma associated with mental health issues, which leads to discrimination and violations of basic human rights for persons suffering from mental illnesses.

provides an important forum for dispelling myths, reducing stigma, and eliminating prejudice associated with mental health conditions. Its principal goal is to ensure that everyone in the globe has access to mental healthcare.

We also reiterate upon the mental health of the Healthcare workers including our clinicians & non-clinical workers. In a rapidly changing world healthcare workers are under constant stress and to address such issues, we at Medica has got our in-house Psychologist who can be met by any of our staff to discuss any issue that they are battling with. We feel that first step to any mental health issue to to listen as that eases out the inner turmoil to a great extent.
