⚠️ ডিজিটাল গ্যাংগ্রিন (আঙুল পচে যাওয়া) – অবহেলা নয়, জরুরি সতর্কতা!

🤦‍♀️ ৩০ বছর বয়সী এক মহিলার দুই হাতের আঙুলে কালো হয়ে যাওয়ার মতো গুরুতর সমস্যা—এটাই Digital Gangrene। সময়মতো চিকিৎসা না করলে আঙুল স্থায়ীভাবে নষ্ট হয়ে যেতে পারে।

🔍 Digital Gangrene কী?
এটি এমন একটি অবস্থা যেখানে আঙুলে রক্ত চলাচল বন্ধ হয়ে যায়, ফলে টিস্যু মারা গিয়ে কালো (necrosis) হয়ে যায়।

📸 লক্ষণ (ছবির মতো):
📌 আঙুল কালো/নীলচে হয়ে যাওয়া
📌 ঠান্ডা ও অবশ অনুভব
📌 তীব্র ব্যথা বা পরে ব্যথা কমে যাওয়া
📌 ত্বক শুকিয়ে শক্ত হয়ে যাওয়া

⚠️ কারণগুলো কী হতে পারে?
🚩 Autoimmune রোগ (যেমন: SLE, Vasculitis)
🚩 Raynaud’s phenomenon (ঠান্ডায় আঙুল সাদা→নীল→লাল হওয়া)
🚩 Diabetes, Peripheral vascular disease ও রক্তনালীর রোগ
🚩 Blood clot (থ্রম্বোসিস/এম্বোলিজম)
🚩 Smoking (ধূমপান)
🚩 কিছু ওষুধ বা টক্সিন

👨‍⚕️ কখন দ্রুত ডাক্তার দেখাবেন?
📍আঙুলের রঙ পরিবর্তন শুরু হলে
📍ব্যথা, ঠান্ডা লাগা বা অবশ ভাব হলে
📍ক্ষত বা ঘা তৈরি হলে

🩺 চিকিৎসা কী?
✅ মূল কারণ খুঁজে চিকিৎসা (Autoimmune/vascular disease)
✅ রক্ত চলাচল বাড়ানোর ওষুধ,
প্রয়োজন হলে anticoagulant
✅ গুরুতর হলে surgery বা amputation লাগতে পারে

🛡️ প্রতিরোধে করণীয়:
📣 ধূমপান বন্ধ করুন 🚭
📣 ঠান্ডা থেকে হাত-পা সুরক্ষিত রাখুন 🧤
📣 Diabetes ও BP নিয়ন্ত্রণে রাখুন
📣 নিয়মিত চেকআপ করুন

👉 মনে রাখবেন:
আঙুলে রঙ পরিবর্তন = সতর্ক সংকেত। দেরি না করে চিকিৎসা নিন, নাহলে স্থায়ী ক্ষতি হতে পারে।
