ঘাড়ের পিছনে মাথার নিচে ব্যথা হয় কেন?

চোখের চাপ, নতুন চশমা পরা, কম্পিউটার ওয়ার্কস্টেশনে দুর্বল কর্মদক্ষতা, দুর্বল ভঙ্গিমা, বা আঘাতের মতো কারণগুলির কারণে সাবঅক্সিপিটাল পেশীগুলি টানটান এবং কোমল হয়ে উঠতে পারে। এর ফলে মাথার খুলির গোড়ায় ঘাড়ে ব্যথা হতে পারে।

He passed Master of Public Health (MPH) in non-communicable disease from ASA University of Bangladesh in 2019. He obtained post-graduation training in Bo-bath Neurology from British Bo-bath tutor association (BBTA), UK in 2015. He has extensive training in Diabetic Foot from International Diabetes Federation, Thailand in 2019. Certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine (IMSR) in 2019, Mechanical Correction Therapy in Musculoskeletal condition (BPA) in 2019, Mechanical Diagnosis & Therapy for Musculoskeletal (CRP) in 2015, Professional standard in Physiotherapy (ICRC) in 2020, Mental Health First Aid (NIMH) in 2018, Intra-articular Infiltration & soft tissue injection (Academy of Physiotherapy) in 2019, Conflict Management and Leadership Development (JUST-BPA) in 2019. He is Physiotherapy specialist in pain, arthritis, paralysis and sports injury. Also, he is an office secretary of Bangladesh Physiotherapy Association (BPA) and member of peer review group for musculoskeletal conditions of World Health Organizations (WHO). He worked as a Senior Clinical Physiotherapist in Centre for the Rehabilitation of the Paralysed (CRP) savar from 18th July 2013 to January 2021. He also worked in Enam Medical College & Hospital as Consultant Physiotherapist and Head Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation from February 2021 to October 2022. He works in IMPALA Pain and Rehabilitation Care as a Consultant Physiotherapy and team leader from November 2022 to till now.
