Some basic tips to keep your body and skin healthy.
Health:
1. Drink enough water to keep yourself hydrated
2. Avoid fried food move towards more green leafy vegetables
3. If you’re not allergic when you wake up in morning have warm water with lemon and ginzer. It will keep your bowel movement good
4.Try to exercise, not necessarily you have to go to a gym to keep yourself healthy, those who even go to gym avoid protein supplements. Make your own protein shake with some date, banana, boiled egg and milk ( if you’re lactose intolerant use almond oil). Those who cannot go to gym atleast do normal exercise at home for 15 mins a day and gradually increase upto 30mins
5. Stop eating supplements without a prescribed doctor’s given one. Because the dosage is important according to your body condition
6. Avoid keto diet. Instead keep a balanced meal which includes two proportion of vegetables, one proportion of carbohydrate and one proportion of protein. Try to reduce sugar intake. Have fruits instead of suger content deserts
Skin
1 . First and foremost embrace your own skin. Nobody is perfect
2. Stay away from random whitening products sold in a wide range in many online pages that makes your skin white within one or 3days. It contains harmful chemicals like steroid which in the long term causes cancer, acne, inflammation. Consult your dermatologist if you have skin problems. Not any business page.
3 . If you have oily skin or dry skin always use a good face wash and simply moisturize your face. It’s important to hydrate your skin. Always wear a sunblock before stepping out
4. Drink enough water and fruits better to eat it normally than making a juice out of it.
5. Use clean water to wash your skin which is very important
