Patanjali, the author of Yoga Sutras, says we think we have serveral types of miseries, but if we track backwards, there is only one misery, that is Avidya (identifying yourself with something). Avidya or ignorance of our true nature is the mother of all kleshas (pain).

He prescribes dhyana or meditation and pratiprasava or involution for formally getting rid of kleshas (pain).

Conducted a humming meditation session for a wonderful group of individuals at GrameenPhone. It was amazing to see how everyone was able to connect with their inner selves and find a sense of calm and relaxation through the power of humming.
