A holistic space for inner transformation offering meditation, yoga, transformative courses, meditative therapies, and one-to-one sessions — a bridge to deeper awareness across body, life challenges, creativity, centering, esoteric, mind, and emotions. Anger being one of the six basic emotions we have, is a normal, healthy emotion when we know how to express it appropriately. Sometimes anger becomes a problem when it is in a state of fury and rage and that leads to actions that we end up regretting.

In this Anger Management workshop, we will go through a process of learning to recognize signs that we are becoming angry and use simple technique to calm down and tackle the situation in a way that leads to self growth.

A Zen koan begins as a question—but it does not seek an answer. It invites the mind to pause, soften, and eventually dissolve its habit of constant thinking. In that quiet space, insight naturally arises.

This workshop is a guided journey into the practice of Zen koans as tools for self-realization. Through silent contemplation, mindful inquiry, and gentle guidance, participants will explore how a single question can lead beyond concepts, beyond intellect, and into direct experience of awareness.

Rather than analyzing or solving, we learn to sit with the question—allowing it to open clarity, presence, and a deeper understanding of the self. This is a space to let go of mental noise and reconnect with what is simple, immediate, and true.

New Moon : Resting in the Unknown

Love is a quality that is ingrained in the very existence. It is at the root of everything beautiful and magical. It is like light that radiates from our being, overflows from us wherever we go.

We live in a time-space where rather than feeling love, we have started thinking love. We can go on defining love with words and actions, but we are often unable to feel its grandeur and intensity or share it with others.

Meditation takes us beyond the mind and into the silent space in our heart, where we feel love in its authentic and boundless form.

Where we discover that love is about freedom and not possession. That very experience ttransforms our relationship with ourselves and with others we relate with.

Every day is a celebration of love and this Valentine’s Day is yet another opportunity for us to explore ourselves, strengthen our connection and express our love towards our partners, spouse or friends.
