Staying Stress Free at Work
The guided meditations is a great opportunity to effortlessly enter a state of deep relaxation that recharges us and helps us to unwind from the stressful week.
We spend most of our day at work and yet we do not have the skills to stay stress free that enhances our productivity.
This workshop is for us busy bees to experience and learn the knack of staying calm and stress free at work. We will use different kinds of deep breathwork to calm the nervous system, along with periodic verbal guidance that allows us to settle deeper and deeper into relaxation. It will also equip us with the techniques that we may use to come out of stress anytime, anywhere.
