Anger Management
From Anger to Calmness
Anger being one of the six basic emotions we have, is a normal, healthy emotion when we know how to express it appropriately. Sometimes anger becomes a problem when it is in a state of fury and rage and that leads to actions that we end up regretting.
In this Anger Management workshop, we will go through a process of learning to recognize signs that we are becoming angry and use simple technique to calm down and tackle the situation in a way that leads to self growth.
