The treatment for every patient is of the same quality, though the facilities vary according to the choice the patient makes. There are general facilities at very low cost, as well as private facilities, which are

more comfortable and upscale. M.A. Ispahani, when he founded the hospital, wanted to ensure that facilities were available for those who cannot afford to pay. This basic tenet remains the essential and leading inspiration and motivation for the present management committee, executive team, and all members of the staff. This is one of the underlying tenets of the hospital, and these patients are covered by cross-subsidization – funds from those who pay more go to offset the costs of treating the poor.

International Nurses Day 2026 was celebrated with great enthusiasm on May 12, 2026 at Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute & Hospital (IIEI&H).

The program was graced by the presence of our Honorable CEO, Respected Director of Medical Services, Deputy Director of Medical Services, Heads of Departments, and many valued staff members. During the session, senior management shared their expectations and guidance for nurses in delivering compassionate, patient-centered, and quality customer service.

A vibrant cultural program was also organized by the Nursing Management Team along with senior officials, adding warmth and joy to the celebration.

With the latest German technology and the most modern SCHWIND AMARIS 1050 RS Excimer LASER and SCHWIND ATOS Femto Second LASER (LASIK) machines were inaugurated at IIEI&H on April 08, 2026, achieving yet another milestone. The machines were installed under the supervision of German technicians. Doctors and technicians have been adequately trained by the SCHWIND experts before embarking on to LASIK procedures.
