Ehsan -Ul- Bari (Rahat) is a General, Laparoscopic & Colo-Re**al Surgeon in Dhaka. His qualifications are MBBS, FCPS (Surgery), Certified Course in Diabetology (CCD-BIRDEM), Fellowship of the American College of Surgeons (FACS-USA), Fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery (FMAS), Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery (DMAS), Fellowship of Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo Surgeons (FIAGES). He
is now working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Surgery at Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital (AKMMCH). EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
He has started his surgical career as a medical officer in the Department of Surgery at Bangladesh Medical College Hospital in 2007. He has successfully completed Certified Course on Diabetology (CCD) from BIRDEM in 2009. Later on, he joined and got promoted as Assistant Registrar in Department of Surgery at Uttara Adhunik Medical College Hospital in 2010. He has completed post-graduation course successfully from BSMMU in 2015. During his post-graduation training period he also worked in Dhaka Medical College Hospital. He joined and promoted to Registrar in the Department of Surgery at Universal Medical College Hospital (Former Ayesha Memorial Hospital) in 2016. He joined as Registrar in Department of Surgery at Anwer Khan Modern Medical College Hospital in 2018 and promoted to Assistant Professor. With his sincerity and working experience he promoted to Associate Professor in 2022. OVERSEAS TRAINING
He has successfully completed Fellowship and Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery from World Laparoscopy Hospital, New Delhi. He has trained on advanced endo-laparoscopic surgery from Max Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi. He has trained on laser proctology from New Delhi. He has successfully completed GI Endoscopic Surgery Training from Bangladesh and India.
