While treating the cavities in between your teeth, it is of utmost of importance to build a wall mimicking natural teeth. Also control of different fluid (Blood, saliva, Bacteria etc.) is mandatory to ensure longevity of the restoration.
A good rubber dam isolation, removal of carious tissue and biofilms, cavity preparation, use of proper matrix band, wedges and ring makes all these things happen.
