Breastfeeding positions to know!

Breastfeeding can be very difficult at first, but knowing different feeding positions can be helpful for both the mother and baby.

Here are some of the common breastfeeding positions:

-Cradle position: Baby rests in the crook of your arm, body facing you. This can easy and comfortable once breastfeeding becomes a habit.

-Cross-cradle position: You support baby’s head with the opposite arm for more control. This position can help the newborn get a good latch.

-Football hold: Baby is tucked under your arm with legs pointing back, much like a football player holds a football. This position can help after C-section or when extra latch visibility is needed.

-Laid-back position: You recline while baby lies tummy-down on your chest. This position uses gravity and the baby’s feeding instincts to support latching.

-Side-lying position: You and baby lie on your sides facing each other. This position can help for rest, recovery, and for nighttime feeds.

দাদ বৃদ্ধির প্রধান কারণ(বিজ্ঞানসম্মত):

১️.অতিরিক্ত ঘাম ও আর্দ্রতা
গরম, ভেজা ত্বক ছত্রাকের সবচেয়ে প্রিয় পরিবেশ
বগল, কুঁচকি, ঘাড়, পায়ের আঙুলে বেশি হয়;

২️.অপরিষ্কার ও ভেজা কাপড়
ঘামযুক্ত কাপড় পরে থাকা
তোয়ালে/গামছা শেয়ার করা❗

কারণ ছত্রাক কিন্তু সহজে ছড়ায়

৩️. রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা কমে যাওয়া:

➡️ কিন্তু ভিতরে ভিতরে দাদ ১০ গুণ পর্যন্ত বেড়ে যায়‼️
*** এটাকে বলে Tinea Incognito (লুকানো ভয়ংকর দাদ)

******* ন্যাচারাল পদ্ধতিতে দাদ কমানো কি সম্ভব?
হ্যাঁ, অনেকটাই সম্ভব — শর্ত আছে
দাদ যদি শুরু পর্যায়ে হয়;
নিয়ম মেনে চললে আর স্টেরয়েড বন্ধ করলে।

১️⃣ নিম (Neem)
কিভাবে কাজ করে?
Neem এ আছে Azadirachtin → শক্তিশালী antifungal
ব্যবহার
নিমপাতা সেদ্ধ পানি দিয়ে আক্রান্ত জায়গা ধুতে পারেন
বা খাঁটি নিমতেল দিনে ১ বার

২️⃣ রসুন (Garlic)
যেভাবে কাজ করে?
Allicin → প্রাকৃতিক antifungal
ব্যবহার
রসুন বাটা + নারকেল তেল
দিনে ১ বার (যন্ত্রনা হলে বন্ধ করবেন)

৩️⃣ নারকেল তেল
এতে আছে Lauric acid ও Caprylic acid
ত্বক শুষ্ক রাখে, ছত্রাক বাড়তে দেয় না।

4️⃣ হলুদ
Curcumin → antifungal + anti-inflammatory
হলুদ + নারকেল তেল মিশিয়ে হালকা লাগানো যায়।

৫️⃣ ত্বক শুকনো রাখা (সবচেয়ে জরুরি)
দিনে ২ বার জায়গা ধুয়ে ভালো করে শুকানো;
ঢিলেঢালা সুতি কাপড়;
আলাদা তোয়ালে ব্যবহার করবেন।

(অধিকাংশ দাদ সারে না এ কারণেই)

❌ স্টেরয়েড মলম
❌ লেবু / ভিনেগার / ব্লিচ ব্যবহার
❌কিছুদিন ওষুধ লাগিয়ে ডোজ কম্পলিট না করেই বন্ধ করা❗
❌ ঘাম ভেজা কাপড়ে থাকা।
