The patient came to our office with avulsed upper right central incisor and concussion on the upper left central. The accident occured almost 12 hours before and tooth was brought to us completely dry.

Pulp vitality test revealed non vital #21. So an in vitro root canal followed by splinting of the #11 and Apexification of #21 was adviced.

Splinting of the upper right central incisor was done using 'Everstick' following root canal treatment and was kept for 6 weeks. Keeping in mind the poor prognosis.

After removal of splint we went for apexification of the left central incisor. Here, Calcium hydroxide was used as a dressing material. After 5 months calcific bridge was seen on radigraph.
