Good news for Travelers from Bangladesh! No quarantine required 🤩

✨ Thailand is now open to fully vaccinated travelers under the Sandbox Scheme ✨

Travelers who tested negative from COVID-19 and have received complete vaccinations are eligible to enter Thailand in 17 Sandbox destinations without having to quarantine. Sandbox scheme is when travelers are required to stay in SHA+ certified hotel for the first 7 nights without being able to travel outside the province until tested negative from COVID-19 on the 7th day of the arrival. For the first 7 days, travelers are able to go anywhere within the province during the day and return to the hotel at night (For example: If you travel to Bangkok, you can receive treatment at Vejthani Hospital since the first day of your arrival after tested negative). After completed a 7-night stay in one of the 17 Sandbox destinations, you are free to go anywhere in Thailand or to other countries.

‼️ Travel Regulations for Sandbox Scheme:
🔹 Only 17 provinces are open for Sandbox program including Bangkok. (Please see the full list of destinations in the uploaded photo)
🔹 Must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before traveling.
🔹 7 nights of confirmed payment at a SHA+ certified hotel

📎What documents do you need?
🔹 A Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination. Travelers must be fully vaccinated at least 14 days before traveling.
🔹 An International Health Insurance Policy with minimum coverage of US $50,000 that covers COVID-19 as well.
🔹 A payment confirmation for 7 nights at SHA+ certified hotel. (SHA+ certification is indicated on hotels websites)
🔹 Must have RT-PCR Covid-19 “Negative” or “Undetected” test result issued within 72 hours before departure.
🔹 Tourist visa to enter Thailand
🔹 Thailand Pass QR Code: After your Thai visa approval, register for a Thailand Pass at https://tp.consular.go.th/.

🏙 Arrival in Bangkok (or any 17 provinces)
🔹Present your Thailand pass QR Code to Health Control at the airport then proceed through immigration.
🔹 Undergo COVID-19 RT-PCR test upon arrival
🔹 Proceed from airport to your reserved hotel by pre-arranged transportations by your hotel
🔹 Download MOR CHANA application when you have checked in your hotel
🔹 Wait for your COVID test result at your hotel.
🔹 You are free to go anywhere within the province if your COVID test result is negative. But must return to your hotel by night.
🔹 Second COVID test is required on day 6 or 7 with Antigen test Kit which can be done by yourself and report your result on MOR CHANA application.
🔹 After the 7th night at the hotel, you are free to go to any parts of Thailand if your Antigen COVID test comes out negative.

Quarantine is no longer required. Travelers can now go anywhere they wish within the province for the first 7 days.
