💻 Job Nature: Full-time (Desk Job)
⌛ Work Schedule: 6 days a week, 9 hours daily, including an hour break for meals and rest.
💸 Salary: BDT 50,000 - 70,000 (Based on Skills & Experience) + Performance Bonus & 2 Festival Bonuses
👉 Compensation & Other Benefits: Yearly salary review, and other benefits as per company policy.
👉 Probation Period: 3 months

⚙️ Requirements:
✔️ Strong knowledge and experience in Node.js and Express.js.
✔️ Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React.
✔️ Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, SQLite, and MongoDB.
✔️ Familiarity with RESTful API design and implementation.
✔️ Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
✔️ Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
✔️ Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior developers, manage projects, and collaborate effectively with team members.
✔️ Experience: We require at least 2 years of proven experience.
⚙️ Responsibilities:
✔️ Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Node.js and Express.js frameworks.
✔️ Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software to ensure strong optimization and functionality.
✔️ Collaborate closely with designers, project managers, and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
✔️ Lead and mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
