This catering service is still in it's infancy. However, when it comes to taste and hygiene, you can be rest assured that we take the utmost caution in making your desired meal. Meals can be according to your taste. Meaning that we cater for your palate, whether be that spicy, mild or otherwise. We cater for small get-togethers for up to 30 people during lunch or for dinner. You can select from our set menu or pick and choose and customize your selection of food. How to order:
Like any catering service, we take a lead time to prepare the meals. For instance, if the meal involves seafood then the lead time may have to be extended. You can choose from one of the set deals that we have or select and customize your order. If you are customizing the order, then please give us at least 6-8 working hours (Between 10 AM to 10 PM) to come up with a budget for you. Orders for 10 people needs to be placed 48 hours in advance
For ordering exceeding 15 people or more (up to 30 people), orders have to be placed 72 hours in advance. Please E-mail your orders at kitchencreations.dhaka@gmail.com. Please include your name, address, location, your selection of food, delivery date and time, how you would like the food to be delivered, payment options and any other details. Once you send the mail, we will send a mail confirming the order. Once finalized, we would like to request you to make the advance deposit. The food can be delivered to your location or can be picked up from our home kitchen. Cancellation of order:
Cancellation of orders is accepted if it is done 36 hours before the event starts. We will not accept any cancellation of order at the very last minute and for that cost price must be paid. Payment:
Since it is an online business and our products are perishable, we would need you to trust us with the fact that without an advance payment of 50% we will not be able to proceed with the order. This is because we would need to purchase ingredients which are fresh. For any items that involves sea food, an advance payment of 70% is needed. The balance needs to be paid on delivery or when the food is picked up from our location. Payment can be through Bkash or cash. Food allergy:
