Huge AVM on lateral aspect of left thigh extending to buttock. Multiple feeding vessels from internal iliac, DFA and SFA. Ligation of internal iliac, DFA and feeding branches of SFA along with excision (debulking) done. Subsequent follow up needed for further management.
