Each 10 mmol KCl raises serum K+ by approx. 0.1–0.2 mmol/L in adults — varies with deficit and distribution.
so, 2 ampoule inj KT in 0.9% NaCl can cause
Increase 0.5-1 mmol/L
Not in peeipheral vein less than 4 hour in ward(10 mmol/h)
In Central line less than 20mmol/h
