The non-dual aspect of Shiva and Parvati reveals the deepest truth of existence—that consciousness and energy are not two separate forces, but one unified reality expressed in complementary forms. Shiva represents pure, formless awareness, the still, unchanging essence of the universe, while Parvati embodies Shakti, the dynamic principle that manifests creation, movement, emotion, and life itself. Their union is not merely relational or symbolic; it reflects Advaita, the realization that all dualities—masculine and feminine, stillness and motion, transcendence and manifestation—arise from one indivisible source. When Shiva and Parvati are understood as a single cosmic presence—Ardhanarishvara—the illusion of separation dissolves, revealing that the universe, the self, and the divine are expressions of the same boundless consciousness. This non-dual understanding teaches that enlightenment is not about rejecting the world for pure consciousness nor losing oneself in creation, but recognizing that both are one seamless, eternal reality.

এই ফুলের নাম।

শেষ দেখেছিলাম ভারতে।
মিউজিক্যাল ইনস্ট্রুমেন্ট
ট্রামপেটের মত দেখতে।

বিশাল মুখ কিন্তু খুবই কোমল ও নরম।
সারি সারি ভাবে ঝুলে থাকা এই ফুল
দেখতে দারুণ লাগে ও আনন্দ পাই।
অসম্ভব সুন্দর কালার কম্বিনেশন
চোখে আরাম দেওয়া মিষ্টি কালার
ঠিক এই রকম কালারের শাড়ি-জামা পরেছি আমি।

কিন্তু অবাক হলাম এটাকে
আমাদের এই অঞ্চলে দেখে!
এটা তো এখানে হওয়ার কথা নয়।
এবং তাও রাস্তার ধারে অবহেলায় বেড়ে ওঠা।

Acknowledging the full spectrum of abusive behaviors can be a profoundly empowering step towards radiant healing and growth.

Though it is easy to be said than to be healed which may take years, but not impossible.

Abuses can lead a person into various damages in all aspects of lifetime.
It is essential to recognize that subtle behaviors like stonewalling, ignoring, dismissive, dishonest and manipulating, exploitation and while refusing to take any accountability yourself,
can be just as damaging as physical or verbal abuse.

This kind of abuse may be quieter and often goes unnoticed in our societies.

Seeking support(only from those who are emotionally matured or else’s it can damage more) and validation can be a transformative act of self-love and liberation.
