Rosen 28 is the first & only 4th generation Oral Contraceptive Pill of Bangladesh. It is a combination of Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol.

Drospirenone combination is the only pill that doesn’t cause weight gain, edema or increased blood pressure. Rosen 28 is the only unique 4th generation Oral Contraceptive Pill (OCP) which is a FDA approved combination of Drospirenone 3 mg and Ethinylestradiol 0.030 mg. Most of the women complain regarding weight gain, edema or increased blood pressure after few months of using conventional OCPs. Drospirenone combination is the only pill that does not cause weight gain, edema or increased blood pressure even after long-term use. Drospirenone combination is clinically proven as the most effective OCP for the treatment of acne and hirsutism. It also regularizes menstrual cycle of women with overweight or Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS). Rosen 28 is being manufactured in a dedicated hormonal plant of Incepta Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
