Dysuria/Painful micturation
Most kidney disorders reveal themselves through some abnormality or difficulty function.
Cause :-
Difficult or painful urination can be caused by any of the three doshas.
# Vata caused dysuria is indicated by severe pain in the lower back, re**um and urinary channel.
# Pitta caused dysuria involves dark yellow or red urine. Urination is frequent, often profuse, with a burning sensation.
# Kapha dysuria involves pale or milky urine, passed with mucus.
Symptoms :-
# Vata type dysuria symptom to urination will be frequent but scanty, with sharp or colicky pain. Constipation, insomnia and other high vata conditions will prevail.
# Pitta type dysuria symptom to urination is frequent, often profuse, with a burning sensation. There will be feverishness, irritability and other high pitta signs.
# Kapha will be a feeling of heaviness in the lower abdomen and a dull pain in the kidney region.
Treatment :-
1) Syp.Uratone :- 3-4 ts twice daily with equal water.
Prevention:-
For Kapha type dysuria, an anti-kapha diet is indicated, avoiding cold drinks, fruit juice, dairy, cheese, oils and fats.
For Pitta type an anti-pitta diet is indicated, avoiding spices, oils, and sour fruit.
