Preface to GOLD Review:

It’s a long journey indeed! I have written this book because of my strong passion towards internal medicine. I started this journey couple of years ago when I was a young graduate. I was taking preparation for post graduate entry exams like FCPS or MRCP Part-1. And you have to keep the concepts of Davidson’s at your fingers end to crack these exams. We all know how magnificent this book is. Initially I had a phobia of reading this book. Gradually I began to enjoy the world of Davidson’s. And the idea peeped into my mind; let’s create a review of this giant book.

The journey began. I started typing. I used to read one chapter, grasp the core ideas and write it down. And the journey continued. One after another chapter. After relentless work, finally the journey has come to an end. The review book is ready now.

I have named this book, “GOLD Review” because each and every line of this book is a high yield concept; can be compared to GOLD. You need these concepts to crack every exam like FCPS, MRCP, USMLE etc. As I have gone through all of these exams, I have fairly good idea regarding the concepts they test. I have compiled all high yield concepts in this book.
