Shukhee is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations with a strong focus on Payroll Management. If you have experience in HR operations, data handling, and employee lifecycle management, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities
* Support HRMS implementation & employee onboarding across modules
* Manage employee exit & offboarding (clearance, documentation, asset recovery)
* Maintain organogram & update job descriptions
* Track departmental KPIs for monthly reporting
* Ensure accurate HR documentation & employee records
* Assist in monthly payroll (attendance, leaves, data verification)
* Support Learning & Development initiatives
* Assist in compensation, benefits & HR programs

Requirements
* MBA/Bachelor’s in HR, BBA or related field
* HR certifications (PGDHRM, HRMC) will be an advantage
* 3–4 years of experience in HR operations/generalist role
* Proficiency in HRMS & MS Office (especially Excel)
* Strong data management & reporting skills
* Knowledge of labor laws & HR best practices
* Excellent attention to detail & communication skills
