Reporting to: COO

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute category strategies for non-pharma products.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and optimize existing assortments.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts, and performance.
• Plan competitive pricing and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams for category success.
• Monitor category performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5–10 years in category management, merchandising, or buying (retail, e-commerce, FMCG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of category management, supplier management, and consumer trends.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience in health, wellness, or personal care is a plus.

Representing GHL were Dr. Ahmed Armaan Siddiqui (CEO), Mohammad Solaiman Rasel (CTO), Rokeya Sultana (COO), Saif Chowdhury (CFO), Barrister Ahmed Raquib Malik (CCPO) and with facilitation by Dr. Fahreen Hannan, International Partnership Lead.

Grameen HealthTech LTD. recently celebrated Men’s Day with a vibrant mix of fun, friendly competition, and team spirit—marking the occasion in true Shukhee style. The celebration brought together employees for a day filled with engaging activities, camaraderie, and memorable moments.

The event featured a series of competitive challenges that kept participants energized throughout the day. From testing strength in the Arm Wrestling – Shukhee Purush Challenge to showcasing precision in the Dart Challenge, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Football lovers demonstrated their skills in the Penalty Shootout, while quick thinkers took on the Yes/No Challenge, proving their agility and wit.

The celebration also highlighted individuality and confidence. Employees took the spotlight in the Most Handsome Employee Ramp Show and impressed the crowd in the Most Well-Dressed Employee segment. To add to the excitement, the Musical Hour & Open Karaoke provided a relaxed and joyful space where participants either performed or cheered on their colleagues.
