Our Story
Center for Medical Ultrasound & Doppler (CMUD) Pvt. Limited also known as CMUD (সিমুড), is a center of excellence, dedicated to education, training and research in medical ultrasound & public health. Since its inception in the year 2008, the center has carved a niche for itself and has brought about a silent revolution in the field of practicing ultrasound, so much so that it has the distinction of being the only center in Bangladesh for methodical advanced ultrasound training.
It is the first center in Bangladesh and South Asia to provide Internationally accredited program with The Bangladesh Open University (BOU).
In January 2009, we received the affiliation of Bangladesh Ultrasound Foundation (BUF) for continuing the medical ultrasound programs.
We have signed an agreement with HRDI of Daffodil International University (DIU) who will support our ultrasound programs. Human Resource Development Institute, also known as HRDI of Daffodil International University assisted us to improve the quality of courses and enhance its brand image through quality assurance and strategic planning support.
