জরায়ুমুখ ক্যান্সার নারীদের মধ্যে একটি প্রতিরোধযোগ্য ও নিরাময়যোগ্য ক্যান্সার, যদি সময়মতো শনাক্ত করা যায়। প্রাথমিক পর্যায়ে এ রোগের লক্ষণ অনেক সময় স্পষ্ট না হলেও, অনিয়মিত রক্তপাত, সহবাসের পর রক্তপাত, তলপেটে ব্যথা, অস্বাভাবিক স্রাব বা দীর্ঘদিনের সংক্রমণ অবহেলা করা ঝুঁকিপূর্ণ হতে পারে। নিয়মিত প্যাপ স্মিয়ার বা HPV পরীক্ষা, HPV টিকা গ্রহণ, নিরাপদ জীবনযাপন ও সচেতনতা বৃদ্ধির মাধ্যমে জরায়ুমুখ ক্যান্সার প্রতিরোধ করা সম্ভব।
সচেতন হোন, নিয়মিত পরীক্ষা করুন। নিজের ও প্রিয়জনের সুস্থতা নিশ্চিত করুন।
