BTRF বিশ্বাস করে—শিশুর বিকাশ শুধু থেরাপি রুমে নয়, প্রকৃতির মাঝেও ঘটে। সেই লক্ষ্যেই আয়োজন করা হয় আমাদের Family-Centered Outdoor Interaction Day, যেখানে বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন শিশুরা মুক্ত পরিবেশে খেলাধুলা, রানিং গেম, সোশ্যাল কমিউনিকেশন ও দলবদ্ধ কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে শিখে— কিভাবে মেলামেশা করতে হয়, নির্দেশ মানতে হয়, এবং নিজের আবেগ নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে হয়। এই পুরো সময় জুড়ে ছিলেন অভিভাবক, শিক্ষক ও থেরাপিস্টরা— যারা শিশুদের নিরাপদ, আনন্দময় ও শেখার উপযোগী পরিবেশ তৈরি করেছেন। শিশুদের সাথে সাথে অভিভাবকরাও পেয়েছেন bonding time, guidance ও hands-on parenting experience। এটি ছিল একটি সম্পূর্ণ holistic development approach—mind, body, emotion & social skill-এর জন্য।

৩ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ — ৩৪তম আন্তর্জাতিক প্রতিবন্ধী দিবস এবং ২৭তম জাতীয় প্রতিবন্ধী দিবস।
এই দিনটি আমাদের মনে করিয়ে দেয়, প্রতিবন্ধিতা কোনো দুর্বলতা নয়; বরং আল্লাহর সৃষ্টির বৈচিত্র্যতা। প্রতিটি মানুষ, প্রতিটি শিশু—তার নিজস্ব সামর্থ্য, অনুভূতি ও স্বপ্ন নিয়ে সমানভাবে সমাজের অংশ।

এ বছরের প্রতিপাদ্য—
“প্রতিবন্ধিতা অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক সমাজ গড়ি, সামাজিক অগ্রগতি ত্বরান্বিত করি।”
এটি শুধুমাত্র একটি স্লোগান নয়—এটি আমাদের দায়িত্ব, আমাদের প্রতিশ্রুতি, এবং একটি ন্যায়ভিত্তিক সমাজ গড়ার আহ্বান।

একটি অন্তর্ভুক্তিমূলক সমাজ তখনই তৈরি হয় যখন—
✅ প্রতিবন্ধী ব্যক্তিদের অধিকার নিশ্চিত হয়,
✅ শিক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্যসেবা ও কর্মসংস্থানে সমান সুযোগ তৈরি হয়,

Our Burnout Management & Self-Care Workshop was successfully completed yesterday (Friday)!
A heartfelt thank you to all the participants who joined us.

Throughout the workshop, we explored:

বিশেষ শিক্ষক (Special Educator)

🏫 দায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য:
* শিশুদের (Autism, ADHD, Speech Delay, Learning Difficulty ইত্যাদি) জন্য Individual Education Plan (IEP) তৈরি ও বাস্তবায়ন করা
* থেরাপিস্ট ও প্যারেন্টদের সঙ্গে সমন্বয়ে কাজ করা
* শিশুর আচরণ, ভাষা, ও শিক্ষাগত অগ্রগতি পর্যবেক্ষণ ও রিপোর্ট করা
* ক্লাসরুমে কার্যকরী শেখার পরিবেশ তৈরি করা
* পেশাদারিত্ব, সহানুভূতি ও ধৈর্য বজায় রাখা

🎓 যোগ্যতা:
* ন্যূনতম Bachelor/Master’s (বিশেষ শিক্ষা, মনোবিজ্ঞান, অন্যান্য)
* Special Education বা Child Development এ ট্রেনিংপ্রাপ্ত প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার
* শিশুদের সঙ্গে কাজের প্রতি আগ্রহ ও ইতিবাচক মনোভাব

💼 অভিজ্ঞতা:
শিশু বিকাশ বা বিশেষ চাহিদাসম্পন্ন শিশুদের সঙ্গে কাজের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকলে অগ্রাধিকার

⏰ কর্মদিন ও কর্মঘন্টা:
সকাল ৯:০০টা – সন্ধ্যা ৬:০০টা (শনি থেকে বুধবার)
