40 yr old male present with severe abdominal pain and vomiting, abdominal distention. On examination abdomen was tens tender, X-ray show small gut obstruction. We decided to open the abdomen..After open we found, meckel's diverticulum which create a knot around the Small gut.as a result gut was ischaemic 30cm away from Terminal ileum. Cut the ischaemic part and done double barrel ileostomy.

After abdomen open sigmoid volvulus was found.
Hartman procedure was done.
