Modular OT (Modular Operation Theatre) – বিস্তারিত
1. Definition (সংজ্ঞা)
Modular OT হলো একটি উন্নতমানের অপারেশন থিয়েটার সিস্টেম, যেখানে pre-fabricated modular panels এবং standardized equipment ব্যবহার করে পুরো OT তৈরি করা হয়। এর মূল উদ্দেশ্য হলো hygiene, infection control, patient safety এবং easy maintenance নিশ্চিত করা।
2. Design Philosophy (ডিজাইনের মূলনীতি)
Seamless Construction → কোনো ফাঁক বা joint নেই, ফলে ধুলো বা ব্যাকটেরিয়া জমে না।
Controlled Environment → Air handling unit (AHU), Laminar airflow, HEPA filtration দিয়ে sterile environment তৈরি হয়।
Flexibility → নতুন মেশিন, wall console বা medical gas line সহজে যোগ করা যায়।
Ergonomic & Safe → Doctor ও Nurse দের জন্য সুবিধাজনক ও সুরক্ষিত।

Air Changes per Hour (ACH): 20-25 times/hour (WHO standard)
Temperature Control: সাধারণত 18–24°C
Relative Humidity: 50–60% এর মধ্যে রাখা হয়
Positive Pressure: OT এর ভিতরের বাতাস বাইরে যাবে, বাইরের বাতাস ঢুকতে পারবে না
Noise Level: < 50–55 dB (শান্ত পরিবেশ)
Lighting: 1000–1500 LUX, shadowless light
