Job Opportunity: Executive – Operations

Position: Executive – Operations
Job Location: 7th Floor, KA 24, A Mazid Tower, Pragati Sarani Rd (Opposite of Jamuna Future Park), Dhaka, Bangladesh
Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Maintain the highest standards of professionalism in handling all client services.
3.Conduct regular visits to clients’ locations to ensure service quality and client satisfaction.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
5.Supervise and coordinate with nursing and support staff to ensure optimal performance.
6.Assist management in planning and implementing operational policies and improvements.
7.Prepare and maintain operational reports as required by the management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in operations or client service roles, preferably in healthcare or home service industries.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
6. Must be willing to travel regularly within Dhaka for client visits.
