মেডিকেল রিপ্রেজেন্টেটিভ হিসেবে চাকরি করা মানুষ গুলো গ্রাজুয়েশন সম্পন্ন করা। বেকারত্বের অভিশাপ থেকে বাচতে এবং পরিবার কে বাচাতে এক প্রকার বাধ্য হয়ে এই তোষামোদির চাকরি বেছে নেয়। বিকল্প ব্যবস্থা থাকলে হয়তো কখনোই এমন চাকরি করতেন না। সকাল থেকে রাত ১১-১২টা পর্যন্ত মাথার ঘাম পায়ে ফেলে কিছু টাকা বেতন পায়। তাদের বেতনের চেয়ে ঘামের ওজন বেশি। হাসপাতালে আসেন চাকরি বাঁচানোর জন্য। তারা মেডিকেল রিপ্রেজেনটেটিভ ।
তাদের দালাল বলে প্রিজন ভ্যানে করে নিয়ে যাওয়ার তীব্র নিন্দা জানাচ্ছি।
আসল দালাল তো ধরতে পারেননা, পারেন গরীবের উপর অত্যাচার করতে।

সাদা এপ্রোন জড়িয়ে প্রথম দিন ক্লাস করতে আসা ছেলেটি এখন সাদা কাফনে মুড়িয়ে,

🩺For MBBS 1st year Students:
💎 Blood supply of heart : (After completing reading, comment "done")

1. Arterial Supply: The heart is supplied by ➡️two coronary arteries⬅️ that arise from the aortic sinuses at the root of the ascending aorta.
✅ Right Coronary Artery (RCA)
🔸Origin: Anterior aortic sinus.
🔸Course: Runs forward between the pulmonary trunk and the right auricle, then descends in the right anterior coronary sulcus. It winds around the inferior border to reach the posterior interventricular groove.

🔸Major Branches:
1. Right Marginal Artery: Supplies the lower margin of the right ventricle.
2. Posterior Interventricular Artery: Usually determines cardiac dominance and supplies the posterior part of the ventricular septum.
3. Nodal Branches: Supplies the SA node (in 60% of people) and the AV node.

✅ Left Coronary Artery (LCA)
🔸Origin: Left posterior aortic sinus.
🔸Course: Passes between the pulmonary trunk and the left auricle. It is usually shorter than the RCA before it divides.

🔸Major Branches:
1. Anterior Interventricular Artery (LAD): Often called the widow maker, it runs in the anterior interventricular groove.
2. Circumflex Artery: Winds around the left margin of the heart in the coronary sulcus to reach the posterior surface.

2. Venous Drainage
The venous blood is collected primarily by the coronary sinus, which opens into the right atrium.
✅Coronary Sinus: ➡️The principal vein of the heart⬅️, located in the posterior part of the coronary sulcus.
🔸Tributaries:
* Great cardiac vein (follows the LAD).
* Middle cardiac vein (follows the posterior interventricular artery).
* Small cardiac vein (follows the RCA).

🔸Other Veins:
* Anterior Cardiac Veins: Drain the front of the right ventricle directly into the right atrium.
* Thebesian Veins (Venae Cordis Minimae): Tiny veins that open directly into all four chambers of the heart.

‼️Applied Anatomy

🔸 Cardiac Dominance: If the posterior interventricular artery arises from the RCA, it is Right Dominant (approx. 70–90% of cases). If it arises from the circumflex branch of the LCA, it is Left Dominant.
🔸 End Arteries: Anatomically, coronary arteries anastomose, but functionally they act as end arteries. A sudden blockage leads to Myocardial Infarction (MI).
🔸Common Site of Occlusion: The Anterior Interventricular Artery (LAD) is the most frequent site of coronary thrombosis.

মেডিকেলে নতুন ব্যাচের অরিয়েন্টশন ,
আমি যখন প্রথম ভর্তি হয়ে ছিলাম তখন মনে হইতো সব পরীক্ষায় প্লেস করা লাগবে , কারন এমন মেন্টালিটির পোলাপানই চান্স পায় ,

পরে Anatomy প্রথম কার্ডের আগে যা যা বই আছে যেমন ak datta , bd chaurasia , vishram singh , Lecture slide, guide সব পড়ছিলাম কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় প্লেস করতে পারলাম না , যে প্লেস করছিল সে আবার প্রফেসরের কাছে ভাইবা দিয়েছিল ,
সেইদিনই বুঝতে পারলাম এখানে আসলে প্লেস করাটা অনেক কিছুর উপর ডিপেন্ড করে যেমন ঢাকা বোর্ড বেশি প্লেস দেয় আমাদের রাজশাহীতে মেডিকেল বোর্ড এ কম দেয় , শুধু পড়লেই হয় না ,

সো তার পর থেকে সেই ভুত নেমে গেছে , মেডিকেলে পাশ করাটাই বড় কথা সেইটার জন্য regularity টা মেইন্টেইন করা অনেক টাফ ,

নতুন নতুন এপ্রোন খুব ভালো লাগবে এরপর মনে হবে এর থেকে ভ্যান চালাইলে এটলিস্ট রাতে শান্তিতে ঘুমায়তে পারতাম ,
এখানে প্রেশার নিতে না পেরে অনেকেসুই সাইডেরমত পথ বেছে নেয় , বাট সংগ্রামই জীবন

মেডিকেলে শুধু চিল আর চিল - যে ভাই বলছিল ওনাকে আজও খুজতেছি , তোমাদেরও সেম বললাম , যাতে তোমারাও আমাকে খুজো 😂
