At Milestone School and College, our senior Psychological Counsellor Mariyam Sultana along with a few other experts, led an insightful trauma-informed care workshop for teachers, helping them recognise signs of trauma and learn self-care techniques. Three groups of 50 teachers engaged deeply, sharing their experiences openly and exploring topics such as trauma symptoms, active listening, and non-judgemental support. The session concluded with a calming relaxation exercise facilitated by Mariyam, which received widespread appreciation. We are proud to support educators in nurturing their own mental health while empowering them to support their students.

PHWC is a global standard mental health clinic and a one-stop place of treatment for individuals experiencing psychological distress of any nature. PHWC seeks to provide the highest levels of service, geared towards effective care, and ensuring the availability of supportive mental health treatment throughout Bangladesh. We aim to provide the best resources and knowledge that can help our community understand the values of effective mental health treatment, and provide everyone the individual level of attention they deserve.
