For us at Inner Circle, one of those people is Ms. Israt Mannan.

Today, we’re proud to share that Ms. Israt, our ABA Supervisor, has officially been credentialed as a Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA) by the Qualified Applied Behavior Analysis Credentialing Board (QABA), USA.

The QBA isn’t a quick certificate. It takes long coursework, supervised clinical hours, and a rigorous international examination, all measured against global standards of ethical and evidence-based practice.

It means the parents who trust us with their children have one more internationally credentialed clinician walking that path with them. It means the therapists Israt supervises are being guided by someone held to the highest standards in the field. And it means Inner Circle, Bangladesh’s first ISO 9001:2015-certified early intervention provider, continues to raise the bar for what families here can expect from autism and developmental care.

Every year on 3 March, the World Health Organization observes World Hearing Day to raise awareness about ear and hearing care. In 2026, the theme is “From communities to classrooms: hearing care for all children.”

According to WHO, around 90 million children aged 5 to 19 live with hearing loss worldwide. Many of these cases could be prevented or identified early through simple screening and timely care.

Hearing plays a critical role in speech, learning, confidence, and social development. Early detection can change a child’s educational and life outcomes.
