অভিজ্ঞ এবং দক্ষ জনবলের প্রয়োজন সমগ্র বিশ্বের। এর চাহিদা আগেও যেমন ছিল, এখন তা আরও বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। নতুন অনেক সেক্টরে কাজের চাহিদা সৃষ্টি হচ্ছে। বহির্বিশ্বে এখন দক্ষ সেবাকর্মী নিয়োগের জন্যে আবেদনের অনুরোধ জানানো হচ্ছে। ক্রমবিকাশমান এই কর্মক্ষেত্রে দক্ষ জনশক্তির চাহিদা পূরণে বাংলাদেশ কারিগরি শিক্ষা বোর্ডের অনুমোদনে কেয়ার ট্রেইনিং ইনস্টিটিউট অব স্যার উইলিয়াম বেভারিজ ফাউন্ডেশানের যাত্রা শুরু হয়। এই ট্রেনিং ইনস্টিটিউটের একমাত্র লক্ষ্য হচ্ছে আন্তর্জাতিক মান সম্পন্ন প্রশিক্ষন প্রদানের মাধ্যমে দক্ষ সেবা প্রদানকারী প্রস্তুত করা যাতে সেবার মান সবসময় উন্নত থাকে। তারই ধারাবাহিকতায়, গত ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২২ ইং তারিখ -এ কেয়ার গিভিং লেভেল – ২ -এর জাতীয় দক্ষতা সার্টিফিকেশন প্রোগ্রামের ৯ম ব্যাচের প্রশিক্ষণ সফলভাবে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে। একই কোর্সের পরবর্তী ব্যাচ থেকে প্রশিক্ষণ ১৫ জানুয়ারী, ২০২৩ তারিখে শুরু হবে। আপনাদের শুভকামনা এবং সমর্থনের জন্য সকলকে ধন্যবাদ।
It is a well-known fact that the world's demand for skilled human resources is on the rise. So is the need for the professional care worker. The Care Training Institute of Sir William Beveridge Foundation started its journey with the approval of the Bangladesh Technical Education Board to meet the demand for skilled and professional human resources in the Health and Social Care arena at home and abroad. The sole objective of this training institute is to prepare and produce skilled human resources by providing international standard training so that the quality of services is consistently met. In continuation, we have successfully completed the training of the 9th batch of the National Skill Certification programme on Care Giving Level – 2 on December 31, 2022. Training from the next batch of the same course will be started on January 15, 2023. Thanks to all for your good wishes and kind support.
