শিরোনাম: এআই কি সোনোলজিস্টদের রিপ্লেস করবে? উত্তরটা 'হ্যাঁ' এবং 'না'।

আমরা খুব দ্রুত এমন এক সময়ের দিকে এগিয়ে যাচ্ছি যেখানে আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড মেশিনগুলো প্রায় পুরোপুরি এআই (Artificial Intelligence) নির্ভর হয়ে পড়বে। ইমেজ কোয়ালিটি থেকে শুরু করে মেজারমেন্ট—সবকিছুই হয়তো অটোমেটেড হয়ে যাবে।

কিন্তু এখানে একটা বড় 'কিন্তু' আছে। 🛑 lllkkll

আল্ট্রাসাউন্ড হলো একটি 'Operator Dependent' মডালিটি। মেশিনের এআই যতই উন্নত হোক, প্রোবটি সঠিক অ্যাঙ্গেলে ধরা, রোগীর ব্যথার স্থান অনুযায়ী ম্যানুভার করা এবং ক্লিনিক্যাল জাজমেন্ট প্রয়োগ করা—এটা কেবল একজন দক্ষ অপারেটর বা ডাক্তারই পারেন।

তাছাড়া, এআই-এর একুরেসি কখনোই ১০০% হওয়া সম্ভব না। ফলস পজিটিভ বা ফলস নেগেটিভ রেজাল্ট আসবেই। তাই মেশিনকে বিশ্বাস করার আগে প্রয়োজন মানুষের 'চোখ' এবং 'অভিজ্ঞতা'।

ভবিষ্যৎটা হচ্ছে AI + Human Doctor-এর পার্টনারশিপ। এআই আমাদের কাজ সহজ করবে, কিন্তু আমাদের রিপ্লেস করবে না।
