Our gym area is equipped with a full range of weight resistance weight machines and we do no use free weights apart from some small dumbbells for aerobics training
Yoga:
StayFit provides a unique yoga experience that promotes body awareness, self-confidence, focus, physical strength and flexibility
Aerobics:
We have aerobics classes suitable for all ages and abilities
Steam Bath:
After a hard training session, you can relax in the steam bath
Beauty Care:
We offer a variety things in our parlor, ranging from massage, pedicure, manicure, facial, waxing, hair cut etc. For the members, StayFit offers:

Every member is given full personalized training instruction until they are comfortable to do it alone. At that point, a personalized card is provided to an individual member. You do not need to spend a lot of time and do need to be an expert. That is what we are here for, to guide you through an exercise program devised just for you. As many of our member are beginners, you will not be alone

- 4:30pm-5:00pm- Aerobics
- 5:30pm-6:30pm- Aerobics
- 7:00pm- 8:00pm- Yoga + Pilates
Alternate class: (Saturday)
Gym: 8:00am- 8:00pm
(Everyday except Friday)
