হাত ধোঁয়ার পদ্ধতিঃ-
* সম্পুর্ণ হাত পানিতে ভেজান।
* সম্পূর্ণ হাতে ভালোভাবে সাবান লাগান।
* এক হাতের তালু অন্য হাতের তালু দিয়ে ভালোভাবে ঘষুন।
* বাম হাতের পেছনের অংশ ডান হাতের তালু দিয়ে ঘষুন। তারপর ডান হাতের পেছনের অংশ বাম হাতের তালু দিয়ে ঘষুন।
* বাম হাতের আঙুল ডান হাতের আঙুলের ভেতর ঢুকিয়ে হাতের তালুগুলো ভালোভাবে ঘষুন।
* বিপরীত হাতের তালু দিয়ে অন্য হাতের আঙুলের পেছনের অংশ ভালোভাবে ঘষুন।
* ডান হাতের তালু দিয়ে আপনার বাম হাতের বৃদ্ধাঙুল ভালোভাবে ঘষুন। অন্য হাতেও একই কাজ করুন।
* বাম হাতের তালু দিয়ে ডান হাত আঙুলগুলোকে মার্জন করুন। তারপর অন্য হাতেও একই কাজ করুন।
* অবশেষে হাত দুটো ভালোভাবে পানি দিয়ে ধৌত করুন এবং শুকান।
