Job Title: Creative Graphic Designer & SM Manager
We’re seeking a talented individual who can combine graphic design expertise with social media management to enhance our brand's digital presence and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design visually stunning graphics for social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
* Create and manage engaging content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
* Develop social media strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement.
* Edit and produce high-quality photos and videos for promotional purposes.
* Monitor trends and competitor activities to design innovative campaigns.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with our brand identity.
* Track and analyze social media metrics to refine content strategies.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in graphic design and social media management.
* Technical skills: proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Canva, etc,
* Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
* Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Bangla and English (both written and verbal).
* Creativity: the ability to produce original, trend-setting designs and campaigns.
* Adaptability: multitasking skills to manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
