Job Context:
We are looking for a qualified nursing supervisor to oversee patients and manage the nursing team of our facility.
Our ideal candidate has solid experience as a registered nurse and is able to handle stressful situations.
This position also requires team management skills and a problem-solving attitude.
Ultimately, you should be able to ensure smooth nursing operation at our facility through day-to-day management and long term planning

Job Responsibilities:
Schedule nurses' shifts
Assign nurses to patients
Ensure nursing operational standards are met
Provide reports on productivity, quality and customer service metrics
Ensure all nurses follow policies and procedures
Train & developing staff new team members
Evaluate nurses' performance
Inform family members about medical procedures and doctors' instructions
Handle complaints or other issues
Establish a compassionate environment by providing psychological support to patients, family and friends
Keep records of nurses' files, patients' cases and procedures &
Any other task as assigned by the Management.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing Science Midwifery, Diploma in Nursing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing Science Midwifery, Diploma in Nursing
Skills Required: Nurse

At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities
• COGNITIVE CLINICAL MANAGEMENT:
• Perform and document history & physical examination.
• Interpret ECG / ECHO / Cath Lab reports.
• Develops and documents initial plan of care.
• Writes progress notes.
• Order appropriate referrals.
• Order appropriate investigations.
• Order appropriate medication and other orders.
• Prepare an appropriate discharge summary.
• He/She should be part of the quality improvement of JCI documentation process of the hospital.
• Daily Follow Ups:
• 1.He/ she is to complete the In-Patient rounds everyday before Consultant round and fill the case sheets and
• progress notes without fail.
• 2. Responsible for providing adequate treatment to the patient as advised. Continually monitor and review
• patient progress and adjust the management plan when necessary.
• 3. Shall order investigations as advised by the Consultant and ensure.
• 4. Shall ensure the necessary cross referrals and communicate the opinion of other specialists to the primary consultant
• 5. To check the dosage, frequency, route of administrations of all medications, considering all precautions and do fresh orders.
• 6. Shall assist consultant during all procedures: E.g. Angiography, angioplasty.
• 7. Shall perform minor procedures e.g. central and peripheral venous access.
• 8. Manage patients in ventilator - invasive and non-invasive
• 9. To take appropriate initiatives in Medical Emergencies when required.
• 10. Prepare discharge summaries well in time.
• 11. Coordinate treatment plan with primary consultants and referral consultants
• 12. Shall take part in patient and family education along with the Primary consultant.
• 13. Follow hospital practices and demonstrate initiative aligned to ensuring the safest possible environment for patients and staff.
• 14. To attend all clinical meetings, CME and work shops
• 15. To be part of training program conducted in the hospital and to take continuous initiatives for knowledge and skill up gradation.
• 16. Participate in Medical camps when required.
• 17. To be an active member for the quality initiatives of the hospital.
• 18. Any other instruction given by the consultant or DMS.

ডেঙ্গুতে আতঙ্ক হবার কিছু নাই। চিকিৎসায় ডেঙ্গু ভাল হয়।
