Experience Requirements
■ 5 years of relevant experience in financial management .
Responsibilities:
■ Support the municipalities in levying volumetric monthly tariff to recover costs, and institute a standard tariff revision mechanism to adjust for increase in costs;
■ Help the municipalities implement municipal accounting software to maintain WSS accounts and prepare WSS budget in a ring-fenced manner;
■ Train municipality personnel (accountant as well as WSS assistant) in maintaining these systems;
■ Prepare annual budget estimates and financial plan and reports thereon;
■ Maintain requisite files, records and books, following internal control and safeguard measures;
■ Carry out validation and verification of expenses and their proper accounting and reporting thereon as needed;
■ Support the conduct of audit as required by the Project from time to time;
■ Support municipalities in maintaining adequate financial records to meet the statutory requirements, and to facilitate analysis of financial information for monitoring project progress.

২৭ বছর জেলে থাকার পরেও উনি নোবেল শান্তি পুরষ্কার জিতেছেন।

2) আরেক পিতৃপরিচয়হীন যুবকের কথা জানি।
থাকার কোনো রুম ছিল না তার, বন্ধুদের রুমের ফ্লোরে ঘুমাতেন। ব্যবহৃত কোকের বোতল ফেরত দিয়ে পাঁচ সেন্ট করে কামাই করতেন, যেটা দিয়ে খাবার কিনতেন। প্রতি রোববার রাতে তিনি সাত মাইল হেঁটে হরেকৃষ্ণ মন্দিরে যেতেন শুধু একবেলা ভালো খাবার খাওয়ার জন্য।

4) আরেক এতিমের কথা জানি।
১১ বছর বয়সে এতিম হন। ১২ বছর বয়সে ঘর থেকে পালিয়ে যান। হতাশ হয়ে ১৯ বছর বয়সে আত্মহত্যার চেষ্টা করেন। অনেক বিখ্যাত বইয়ের লেখন তিনি তার মধ্যে “আমার বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়” একটি, যদিও তিনি কোন দিন কোন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে পড়াশুনা করা সুযোগ পান নাই।

8)বাবা ছিলো জেলে। ছেলেকে সাথে করে বাবা মাছ ধরতো কারন অন্য স্বাভাবিক আর ১০ জন থেকে তিনি পানির নিচে মাছকে খুব ভাল ভাবে দেখতে পেতেন।

9) পড়ালেখায় মারাত্মক দুর্বল ছিলেন তিনি। কোন কিছু মনে থাকত না। ক্লাস এর শেষ বেঞ্চে বসে থাকেন। ফেল করেছেন বারবার। ক্লার্ক এর চাকরিও করছেন তিনি। পুরো পৃথিবীকে অবাক করেছেন তিনি তার থিউরি অফ রিলিটিবিটি দিয়ে। নোবেল ও জিতেছেন তিনি।

10) ক্লাস এর সবচেয়ে দুর্বল ছাত্র ছিলেন তিনি। স্কুল থেকে বহিস্কারও করা হয়েছে তাকে। পৃথিবী তিনি আলোকিত করেছেন তার আবিষ্কার দিয়ে।

11) উল্টা লিখতেন তিনি শব্দগুলোকে। পড়ালেখায় একদম শুন্য। উড়োজাহাজ আবিস্কারের ৪০০ বছর আগে তিনি উড়োজাহাজের মডেল এঁকে গেছেন।

13 শব্দের খেলা তিনি বুজতেন না। 7 নাম্বার কে তিনি বলতেন উল্টা নাক!!!! এই স্প্যানিশ ভদ্রলোক একজন কবি, লেখক, পেইন্টার, কেমিস্ট, স্টেজ ডিজাইনার, ভাস্কর।
- তিনি "পাবলো পিকাসো"
পৃথিবীর প্রত্যেকটা মানুষই ইউনিক, তার ভাবনাগুলি তার মতই। সবাই যা পারে, আমাকেও তা-ই পারতে হবে, এমন কিছুতো নয়!!!!
শুধু প্রাতিষ্ঠানিক শিক্ষা দিয়ে নিজেকে প্রমান করতে হবে কেন? আমাদের সমস্যাটা ওখানেই। আমাদের প্রত্যেক ঘরে ঘরে Toppers আর Rankers চাই।
সবাইকেই ডাক্তার, ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, ব্যারিস্টার, ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট হতেই হবে!!!!
আঙ্গুলকে টেনে লম্বা করতেই হবে, যে ভাবেই হোক......!!!
দরকার হলে আঙ্গুল ভেঙ্গে যাক!!!

Bangladesh National Cadet corps গঠিত হয় ১৯৭৯ সালের ২৩শে মার্চ।
এটি সেনাবাহিনী,নৌবাহিনী ও বিমানবাহিনী এর মিলিতভাবে গঠিত একটি সংগঠন।
প্রতিরক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীনে কাজ করে এই সংগঠন।এটি স্কুল,কলেজ,বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে তারা সদস্য রিক্রুট করে।প্রাথমিকভাবে স্থানীয় প্রতিষ্ঠানে তারা সাধারণ অস্ত্রবিহীন ফাইটিং,সেল্ফ ডিফেন্স,কারাটে,ক্লোজ কম্বেট শেখায়।সেখান থেকে তাদের শক্ত-পোক্ত করে নিয়ে আসা হয় মূল ট্রেইনিং এর পর্যায়ে।এখানে একজন ক্যাডেট মূল মিলিটারি ট্রেইনিং গ্রহণ করে।একজন সেনা সদস্য যেই ট্রেইনিং নেয় তাদেরও সমান ট্রেইনিং।তাদের রয়েছে ৫টি আর্মি রেজিমেন্ট,৩টি এয়ার স্কোয়াড্রন এবং ৩টি নেভাল ফ্লতিল্লা।
বিএনসিসি তে ট্রেইনিং এবং এক্সারসাইজ এর সময় তাদের অস্ত্র হিসেবে দেয়া হয় বিডি-০৮ এবং টাইপ-৫৬ রাইফেল
বিএনসিসি ক্যাডেটরা সাধারণত গাছ রোপন,অগ্নি নির্বাপণ, ত্রান বিতরন,রক্ত দান ইত্যাদি সমাজসেবা মূলক কাজে নিয়োজিত থাকে।
তবে যুদ্ধ হলে তারা সরাসরি সেনাবাহিনীর কমান্ডে চলে যায়।তারা যুদ্ধ ময়দানে ২য় সারির যুদ্ধা।সেনাবাহিনীকে ফায়ার সাপোর্ট দেয়া,তাদের ব্যাক আপ দেয়া,সাহায্য করা ইত্যাদি কাজে নিয়োজিত হয়।যুদ্ধে সেনাবাহিনীর সাথে সরাসরি যুদ্ধে অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য গড়ে তোলা হয়।

The Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC)[2] is a tri-services organisation comprising the Army, Navy and Air Force for school, college and university students.
History
After the establishment University of Dhaka (1921) the Corps initiated its activities under the provisions of the Indian Territorial Forces Act, 1923. Captain E. Groom was the first adjutant of the Corps. He imparted military training to 100 students and 16 teachers in November 1927. Later University Training Corps was officially founded in June 1928. In 1943, the name of the Corps was changed to University Officers Training Corps (UOTC). The members of this Corps took part in the liberation war of Bangladesh in 1971.[3] After independence, Bangladesh Cadet Corps comprising college students, and Junior Cadet Corps comprising junior students, were formed in addition to University Officers Training Corps. On 23 March 1979, University Officers Training Corps, Bangladesh Cadet Corps and Junior Cadet Corps were all merged by President Ziaur Rahman.[3] The organization is tri service combined from Bangladesh Army, Navy and Air Force.[4] At present, its headquarters is located in Sector 6, Uttara, Dhaka. There are three type of Cadets in BNCC and divided under two broad heads namely, Senior Division and Junior Division cadets. Senior division again has two categories of female and male cadets of various levels of education. The Bangladesh Government Cabinet approved a proposal to bring BNCC under a legal framework and department.[5] The proposal was titled Bangladesh National Cadet Corps Act-2015.[6] The separate department would be under the Ministry of Defense.[7] BNCC sent an delegation to India in a youth exchange program upon the invitation of the Indian Government[8] and participated in Republic Day Camp 2009.[9] The organization participates in Victory day parade.[10][11]
Organization
Headed by a Director General who is also a Brigadier General of Bangladesh Army, Bangladesh National Cadet Corps has three wings: Army Wing , Air Force Wing and Naval Wing. Bangladesh National Cadet Corps (BNCC) is composed of 5 Army regiments(Army Wing), 3 Air Squadron(Air Force Wing) and 3 Naval Flotilla(Naval Wing) . The regiments are: Ramna Regiment, Karnaphuli Regiment, Moinamati Regiment, Sundorbon Regiment, and Mohasthan Regiment. The Air Squadrons are: #1 Squadron, #2 Squadron and #3 Squadron. The Flotillas are: Dhaka Flotilla, Chittagong Flotilla and Khulna Flotilla.[12][13] There are two entry points for the students to join as cadets, i .e School and College / University. The senior division ranges from students of Intermediate colleges and extends up to universities. The cadet life lasts for both males and females up to four years. The junior division consists of cadets from class six.

Training and activities
The Cadets receive military training. National Cadet Corps conducts its activities with the aim of providing military training to young people in order to develop them as a supporting force for military and providing a second line of defence. Its activities include: basic military training[14] and firing; blood donation; tree plantation; rendering help and assistance as volunteers during natural calamities.

Besides receiving military and other types of training, the cadets are also involved in social work. The cadets have participated in activities such as:

Assisting fire fighters[16]
Disaster relief operation including rehabilitation
Relief distribution
Assisting in first aid, hygiene[17] and sanitation[18] etc.
Security/volunteer at events in their respective educational institutions[19][20]
Community service[21]
