একাধিক দাঁত তুলে ফেললে দাঁত বাঁধানো সব থেকে ভালো পদ্ধতি ইমপ্লান্ট। ইমপ্ল্যান্ট সম্ভাব না হলে অবশ্যই আপনারা ব্রিজ পদ্ধতিতে আগের রুট ক্যানেল করে তারপরে ব্রিজ করে দাঁত লাগাতে পারেন।
এইগুলা দাঁত লাগানোর অনেক ভালো একটি পদ্ধতি। এবং এগুলোর স্থায়িত্ব বেশি।

It is very frustrating to experience pain in a tooth that was treated two years ago, especially when it seems the original root canal wasn't done perfectly.
When a root canal fails after a few years, it is usually due to one of these reasons:

1. Incomplete Cleaning and wrong rct: If the dentist missed a tiny canal or didn't clean the tip of the root thoroughly, bacteria can slowly multiply over time, causing an infection years later.
2. Coronal Leakage: If the filling or the crown (cap) on top of the tooth gets a crack or becomes loose, bacteria from your saliva can leak back into the tooth.
3. Root Fracture: Sometimes, a tiny vertical crack develops in the root of the tooth, which can cause pain and infection.
4. New Decay: Cavities can sometimes form underneath the crown or at the edges of the filling.

What you should do next:

* Get a Digital X-ray: You need a fresh periapical X-ray to see exactly what is happening at the tip of the root.
* Consult an Endodontist: An Endodontist is a specialist in root canals. They have the tools (like microscopes) to perform a "Re-RCT" (Retreatment), which involves removing the old filling material, cleaning the tooth again, and resealing it.
* Check for Swelling: If you see a small pimple on the gums or if your face is swelling, you may need a course of antibiotics before the procedure.

কিছু দাঁতের রুট ভেঙ্গে মুখের মধ্যেই আছে।
দ্রুত ইমপ্লান্ট অথবা রুট ক্যানেল cap করার মাধ্যমে এই সমস্যার সমাধান করা যায়।
এই ধরনের সমস্যায় ইমপ্ল্যান্ট করে ক্যাপ করলে ঠিক আগের মতই দাঁতের অবস্থা মুখের অবস্থা ফিরিয়ে নিয়ে আসা সম্ভব।
আর ক্যাপ এর ক্ষেত্রে যে জিরকোনিয়া হতে পারে ভালো অপশন।
