LifeSpring Consultancy Limited, a leading community based mental healthcare institute, is expanding its Research & Development Department and is seeking a Researcher to join our team.
Position:𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 – 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 & 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭
Location: House #55/2, Union Heights (Level 6 – West), Panthapath, Dhaka-1205
Job Type: Full-Time
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
➤ Assist in the design and ex*****on of research studies.
➤ Conduct comprehensive data collection, management, and analysis.
➤ Contribute to the preparation of research papers, reports, and grant proposals.
➤ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to generate evidence-based insights in mental and physical health.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
➤ Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Gender Studies, Anthropology, or related fields.
➤ 2-3 years of experience in quantitative & qualitative research (preferably with NGO/INGO experience).
➤ Proficiency in data analysis tools (STATA, SPSS, R).
➤ Experience with digital data collection platforms (KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO).
➤ Strong academic writing skills with the ability to produce research proposals, reports, and peer-reviewed publications.
