The cobas e 411 analyzer is an automated, random-access, immunoassay analyzer from Roche Diagnostics.
It uses electrochemiluminescence (ECL) technology for both quantitative and qualitative in vitro assays.

This analyzer is designed for use in clinical laboratories to measure a wide range of analytes, including those for anemia, bone, cardiac, and tumor markers, critical care, fertility/hormones, and infectious diseases.

Distinguishing between glomerular haematuria and urinary tract disease relies heavily on the detection of dysmorphic red blood cells (RBCs) in the urine. An automated urine sediment analyser with the capacity to differentiate between isomorphic and dysmorphic RBCs presents a promising alternative to manual microscopic examination due to its rapidity, objectivity and accuracy. In this webinar, Associate Professor Nuttasith Larpparisuth will share the results of his study on UF-5000's haematuria-specific parameters, attesting to their high accuracy and potential utility as useful adjuncts for the identification of glomerular haematuria.
