ফিওনা,চার বছর বয়স।যখনই ওর মাবাবার সাথে আমার চেম্বারে আসে,আমাকে নতুন কিছু শুনিয়ে যাই। ফিওনা বড় হয়ে আমার মত ডাক্তার হতে চাই। সবাই দোয়া করবেন ফিওনার জন্য। একদিন এই ছোট্ট ফিওনা আমাকেও ছাড়িয়ে যাবে। অনেক অনেক দোয়া তোমার জন্য।আল্লাহপাক তোমার মনের সৎ ইচ্ছেগুলো পূরণ করুন।

CASE HISTORY :

Mrs.X came at her 35 wk pregnancy with shock with known case of placenta praevia with severe lower abdominal pain with p/h/o 3 LUCS.Then emergency operation with high risk bond was performed.After opening abdomen scar was completely ruptured and placenta was outside scar with bladder invasion(placenta percreta).Finally LUCS with BLTL was done. Before operation her husband told me just save the mother first.Alhamdulillah mother and baby both saved.
Today patient came to follow up and catheter removal.
Happy to see her.lots of dua for this patient and her angel MARIOM.
N.B- special thanks to whole team and brave hearted anaesthesiologist Dr.Himel vai.

শীত মৌসুমে গর্ভবতী মায়েদের রক্তচাপ বাড়তে পারে!!!

ঠান্ডাতে ইউটেরাইন আর্টারি ন্যারো হয়ে প্লাসেন্টাতে রক্তের স্বাভাবিক চলাচল ব্যাহত হতে পারে।তখন রক্তচাপ বাড়তে পারে >অনেক সময় বাচ্চার গ্রোথ কম হতে পারে।

তাই গর্ভবতী মায়েরা নিয়মিত চেকআপ করাবেন।
