The hospital has commenced it's journey from December 2007 with a vision to provide necessary eye-care with affordable services to local people in order to eradicate avoidable blindness. 'Cheap and affordable eye care service at the doorstep' - is the motto of the hospital. Th

e hospital provides an wide range of services both clinical and surgical: Outdoor, indoor, school sight testing and mobile eye camp service. Surgical services include:

1. Major surgery:
a. Cataract Surgery - Phaco and Non-phaco
b. Squint surgery
c. Glaucoma surgery etc.

2. Minor Surgery:
a. DCR/ DCT
b. Chalazion
c. Ectropion/ Entropion etc. The hospital provides following services at an affordable cost to it's patients:
1. Computerized eye examination using advanced and modern Auto Refractometer
2. Modern Operation theater well equipped with advanced instruments
3. Separate male and female wards as well as 4 well equipped cabins
4. In OPD there are facilities for IOP measurement, schirmar test, Sac test and fluorescent dye test etc.
5. Specialized services on Paediatric ophthalmology. The founder director cm chief consultant of this hospital is Dr. Syed Kefayet Ullah (M.B.B.S., D.C.O.); Fellow, Paediatric Ophthalmology & Strabismus; Trained in Phacoemulsification.
