Mr. Ohidul, about 30 years old, was admitted in our department as a case of AAD (Atlanto Axial Dislocation) more than 1 year back. He couldn't afford to have a CT cervical spine, with which at least we could have made his relatives know before opening of his neck about his occipitocervical fusion.. Anyway, his discharge was uneventful!..and now he has sent us friend requests in facebook.. and we are very glad to see his selfies!..
