The neck is a complex area⁠
To improve the neck area you need to address ⁠

For this type of neck I did ⁠4 step permenant procedure:

1. Platysmal band removal - to remove the ropy loose bands
1. 1. Fat removing: High Definition liposculpting to remove Fat- there is alway some fat hiding under the jawline and down the neck, in addition to under the chin.
2. Neck lift- Lifting the skin, muscle with permenant sutures⁠ the give a sharp 90 degree angle & definition to the chin and neck. This create the sharp lifted angled jawline and area between neck and chin
3. Renuvion to tighten and contract loose skin and create further tightening and contraction over the next 6 months. Renuvion give an impressive contraction and also prevents LOOSE skin from forming which is common after liposuction
