🦵Tight hamstrings aren’t a flexibility issue—they’re a sign of pelvic and ribcage misalignment!

🔄 Stretching only perpetuates the cycle, keeping tension and imbalance in place!!! 😖

🏃🏻‍♀️The solution? Reposition the pelvis, teach the hamstrings to be used as proper hamstrings and fix respiratory mechanics for true & long term relief.

Dealing with TMJ pain? Let’s talk about real solutions instead of using Botox ⬇️

Many think TMJ pain is just a jaw issue, but it’s connected to your whole body.

Here’s what I recommend:

1️⃣ Work with a PRI Provider

😮‍💨A PRI provider can help uncover the root cause of your TMJ pain by looking at cranial movement, body alignment, and overall positioning.

🦷 Sometimes, a PRI provider will collaborate with a dentist or behavioral optometrist if deeper issues are contributing to the pain.

👟This full-body approach has led to incredible results—I’ve seen TMJ pain resolved simply by changing shoes or adjusting ribcage positioning!

2️⃣ Try Craniosacral Therapy

🙆🏻‍♀️For targeted, gentle tension release, seek out a craniosacral therapist, ideally someone trained in SOT.

3️⃣ Consider the Whole Picture

TMJ pain isn’t just a “jaw problem.” Looking at the entire body, including posture, footwear, and how you breathe, can be key to finding real, lasting relief.

The nose always knows….👃🏼

Facial asymmetry can be a sign that the body isn’t managing well.

I look at visual symmetry because it reveals a lot. If someone has significant asymmetry, like a non-traumatic deviated septum, it often means they’re struggling to manage their natural imbalances.

Breathing is one of the first things we address! 🌬️

Poor breathing, mouth breathing, or not knowing how to properly move your ribcage and fully exhale can all show up in how your body looks and feels.

I didn’t realize how much I needed this until I was in it….🇮🇹 Italy, you were so good to me.

For years, I’ve traveled for work, helping others, but I haven’t always taken care of myself. These two weeks gave me something I hadn’t felt in a while: space to just be, and for that, I’m so grateful.

If I had to sum up these two weeks in one word, it would be transformative. ✨ Stepping back reminded me how important it is to recharge—because even when we think we’ve found our rhythm, there’s always room to grow. 🌱

My Philosophy

In many ways, our modern world is over-stressed and out of balance. One of the biggest challenges we face is changing the way we think about health and creating a balanced lifestyle. A critical component of holistic well-being is healthy movement, comprehensive strength & regular physical exercise. I believe that everyone possesses the capacity to develop their own unique routine that can be the keystone in all aspects of their health!
