Do you need a Dana fix?
This Sunday July 31st, Dana Covello and Daniel Lauter will be at The Yoga Loft at Bedford Post - Bedford, NY.
Daniel will offer a standalone soundbath session at 2:00 and yoga/sound session at 4:00 with Dana Covello.

2:00pm Sound Bath with Daniel Lauter
- Experience a soothing, deeply relaxing, immersive sound meditation with hand-selected, exquisite crystal bowls, crystal gongs, Tibetan and Himalayan bells, shruti, handpan, didjeridu, rain sticks, ocarina, and other objects d'sound. You'll experience a meditative sound bath and deep relaxation mindfulness meditation that will melt away stress, leaving you calmer, recharged. Your mind will be clear and vibrant.
4:00pm Sound Bath & Yoga
- Join Daniel and Dana for a physical and auditory journey combining yoga asana and sound. Dana will offer an all-levels, slow, mindful yoga practice while Daniel creates a soothing, deeply relaxing and immersive sound experience using hand-selected, exquisite crystal bowls, crystal gongs, Tibetan and Himalayan bells, shruti, handpan, didjeridu, rain sticks, ocarina and more. This sweet combination of movement and sound will facilitate a state of deep relaxation to help down regulate your nervous system and create a rich and restful inner state.
