HOW I CONQUERED THE HELL OF SINUS PAIN AND WHY I’M SHARING THE SECRET WITH EVERYONE

I went through a kind of hell that words can barely describe. And that’s exactly why I cannot – and will not – stay silent while I know there are people out there just like I was: tired, drained, and without hope.
For two full months, I didn’t know what sleep felt like. Pain in my head, sinuses, jaw, neck – every day, for hours. I was a shadow of a man. I lost 10 kilos. I kept a bowl by my bed to spit mucus into – it was always half full. I banged my head against the wall from the agony. I was mentally broken. Unshaven, lifeless, destroyed – that’s how my family saw me. And their eyes told me: “He’s gone… there’s no hope left.”
Then my cousin came to visit. When she saw me, she burst into tears.
