Little angel kiss from the sun ☀️ 😇

When I was a kid my music teacher at Parkwood Elementary (shout out to Ms. Keeley!) taught us a song that went like this:

🎼The earth is our mother/ we must take of her🪘

It was percussion heavy and my fam made fun of it/her bc they weren’t into the messaging.

Except the earth IS our mother and we must take care of her!! 🌍

I sang this song the river and the mountains and the sky last week.

It was so gorgeous and a privilege to be in the midst of the earth’s energies and the Incan civilization.

We did it! A week with and his sacred singing academy.

I was basically sick all week but my voice came back on our last day- so all I could do really was sit in silence and absorb the vibes.

A lesson in the power of quiet, surrendering to what is and taking really good care of my body w fresh air, juices and rest even tho I wanted to be doing MORE.

We had a gorgeous week w and Saraz77z :)

and his version of Namah shivaya is the song here. I learned it in maybe 2009 w him in Tulum singing kirtan for the first time and still sing 15 years later! 🦋

Shoutout to for the music here. I’m in a town called Pisaq at a voice and sound healing retreat preparing myself for being able to work with you honey!!!!

And…have completely lost my voice as a result of a head cold. I will be in tonight’s chanting and fire circle but just vibing instead of contributing sound.

Regardless I think I’m getting exactly the medicine I need. Another shoutout to for dadding while I’m away. 😍

The last year has been so hard for our little family but it feels good to be able to renew my spirit this way. I feel more flow than I have in a very long time. ❤️

How many lives before Biden makes the same call to Netanyahu?

So far we are at 24,000 dead and another 60,000 injured or missing with aid trucks being denied entry.

Regardless of one’s sympathies, a death toll at this scale is intolerable. This is not, of course, the only gen 0 cide taking place right now (Myanmar, Sudan) but we have to pressure our leaders to do the right thing in whatever way we can.
